The first of what I hope to be many in a series of fanart featuring my favorite characters from the world of Animation. We start out with the primary antagonist of the classic Nicktoon Rugrats Angelica Charlotte Pickles!
Angelica first debuted to the world on August 11th, 1991 in the episode “Tommy’s First Birthday”. She is often the tormenter to her younger peers Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil. She is frequently seen with her Cynthia doll and her favorite food are cookies.
